In the list of events, tap the event to be deleted. On the event page, in the top-right corner, tap the three dots. In the three-dots menu, tap "Delete." You will see a "Delete This Event" prompt. When I'm trying to delete an event using the above code, I double click on the event, I see the message asking if I really want to delete the event, but it doesn't really get deleted.
